PTY LIMITED is a Company whose strength is based on
the depth of its engineering knowledge and the expertise of its
talented staff.
The directors, who all work within the organization, have a wealth
of practical engineering knowledge and experience. Each director
has his own personal field of expertise but is fully capable of
taking over the responsibility of the other if the need arises.
This provides maximum flexibility
within the working environment.
In house, we handle engineering design,
cost estimation, drafting, equipment supply and delivery, project
management, site supervision
and warranty maintenance.
Externally, we utilize the resources of a select number of firms
who specialize in duct fabrication and erection, piping fabrication
and installation, insulation, system balancing and electrical wiring.
We take pride in maintaining a long term working and financial relationship
with all of our sub-contactor companies.
Job and quality control are achieved by using fully detailed workshop
drawings prepared in our own drawing office and utilizing our own
supervising expertise.
Our modern drawing office is equipped with the latest computer aided
drawing and plotting equipment which is being constantly upgraded
to utilize the latest CAD technology.
