an air conditioning contractor in the Sydney Metropolitan Area who could provide quality workmanship and engineering expertise in the medium range of commercial projects being developed at the time. |

AEROTHERM PTY LIMITED began operations in June 1985 to fill that role and it forms the Construction arm of the Group. | ||

AEROTHERM SERVICE PTY LTD was initially established by the owners to serve the warranty maintenance needs of the Construction Company. | ||
